Newbie here, looking for a cheap complete to restore and ride. Got the bug recently and wouldn't mind finding a cheapo complete bike to try out before I start throwing money!

Hello mate,

For now I'm just looking for a low end complete from the 80's. I prefer freestyle, though. Had my eye on a re-issue Hutch or Skyway too.

Probably use it to thrash at the skatepark and dirt tracks, anything under £200? Preferably lower but I can stretch.

Get a supporter Tag and put a wanted post up.

For £200 you would find a nice Raleigh Burner complete or higher end of the scale GT, Haro frame and forks to build   :)

Yep, your in Burner territory for a £200 complete. I've seen some decent Mongoose frame/forks or GT Pro race frame/forks go for £150 ish.  :daumenhoch:

Thanks for the welcome guys. I have a few parts lying around from years back, so I might just go for the frame option! I saw a very Haro-esque frame and forks on eBay for under £100, would this be a good deal? Just a cheap rider while I get the hang of it again.
