It's not a stratton, not a redline and not an MT Racing
Flanged dropouts, aero tubing, can't make out serial as it's under some chunky powder on the bb shell
I'm sure I've id one before but buggered if I can remember what it was

It could be a f+f set made by a company called Rayleigh (it would have said Rayleigh on the head badge) not to be confused with Raleigh btw search some images on the web I've seen a few over the years and they were all usually chrome mate :daumenhoch:
