I took my Kong Fu out on the Rad toy ride but the bottom bracket kept seizing up, it looks like it may have a bit missing? it looks like the main part on the left side screws on then its got a big nut on it but wondering if it should have two, one to lock it in place?
Will try and get a picture up later

Is it a one piece crank?
If so it sounds like the locking nut is missing :daumenhoch:
-
Not a 1 piece crank
-
doesn't look right that ,can you pull the crank arm off n get some pics , chains on backwards too :daumenhoch:
-
I will see if I can get the arm off tomorrow, the part behind the arm seems to have a thread and tightens when its ridden, how could I change chain round on half link? should there be one pin that's loose?
-
chain will split like a normal chain with a link splitter , check the side plates on the links after though to make sure they're not deformed or cracked round the hole, this where half links will fail  if you haven't got any spare links leave it as is should be ok , tis suposed to be run the other way round though
-
dump the half link chain. its been found out they stretch like mad. en vogue use traditional chains again now.
-
Bring it round Paul I will repair that for you.
-
Thanks Darren :daumenhoch:
shall I drop it off at the weekend?
