Title: shiney spokes

i'm having a stupid moment ....    whats the best to shine up the spokes?? they have currently gone a greyish white colour and just need to bring them back to life

Have you tried Autosol?

Wire wool em first then Peek or Autosol if you feel the need to polish em.  :daumenhoch:

Easy cheat way - get a cork from a bottle, cut a groove in it that'll be a snug fit on the spoke. Pop Autosol in the groove on the spoke and rub the cork up and down the spoke. Job done  :daumenhoch:

Are you sure they are chrome ?
