Not sure about the frame but it looks like you've bagged yourself a few bobs worth of dp seat post there. Queue a few pms from those after one. Have you got a picture of the post?
-
Thats all the pics i have at the mo. Didnt know DP did seatposts ???
-
Yeah they did 2 types as far as I know. That looks like one of them

I swear you've got a special button on ebay that reveals hidden listings........ ;D

I thought dp post at first glance and got all excited but I think the angles look wrong.
Also, is it me or do the rear drop outs look like they've been cut off on the bottom edge :-\

Nooooooooooooooooooo
keep the wheels
-
I like how one wheel has an extra spoke - very stylish
-
Loop is very piranha-ish
Probably cobbled together somewhere in the West Midlands using lead piping & chewing gum
Pretty cool though our mahogany-monger. :daumenhoch:
-
Needs a set of flights and gen 1 graphites.........
-
Unusual to see a frame with Green parts. I like it. :) What are your plans with it? :daumenhoch:
-
Either sympathetic survivor resto or strip, powder and replacement decals. Depends on the condition when it arrives.
-
When it gets delivered you'll have to have a look for any markings or serial numbers. :daumenhoch:

I reckon it's got something to do with the futura family of freestylers, possibly an earlier one to the ones on the museum

-
Theres some obscure old Freestylers about can't rember for sure but I think I've seen something very similar by either Pacific, St Tropez or a company called CTS or something like that?

earlier ones have twin down tubes like mine & later ones have bent downtube like a performer. Lots of companies made things on a similar theme bitd ;)

It's the looptail that's ethereal curveball for me. At the moment my thinking is possibly Johnson ???

Makes me think the rack was welded onto some leftover race frame to cash in on freestyle ???
-
Well, just as I was starting to wonder it turned up today. The serials on the bb make for an interesting read. Any ideas gents?

January 2006 Rooster Big Daddy, 1st Gen without gusset?
-
I think it's a top secret prototype Haro from the early 80s! That classic American experimental fighter jet stylee X9000 serial gives it away ;)
-
God I'm good

Clint I think I've got a Nos set of those rear frame standers :)
-
Cheers Ian but i reckon they look a bit odd on a looptail ???
-
By the look of it they must have added the rack to this model ???
