Look like CW to me..... I think Raleigh are slightly wider?

They're raliegh, that's a standard Raliegh styler powder coat colour, and the bars aren't knurled around the stem area

Yep, Raleigh (Had another look on the big computer...... Must be my eyes......  ::) )
easy mistake. The metal ends had me fooled initially as Raleigh ones came with semi circles in black plastic. So the metal ones are an aftermarket job
