Title: What size spokes do I need please to Lace these please........

Going to try and Lace a set of Araya Aero's so can anyone advise what size spokes do I need and possibly where to buy the spokes/Nips

Front is Large Flange Hub and Rear is a small Flange hub both rims are 20x 1.75
