Looked a bargain if they are real ones? any idea what to look for? stamping?

I was watching them. Hadn't seen that style of decal before, and the decal is not normally on the crossbar. No idea if genuine or not though.

Some of the Reynolds tubing had stampings (subtle) but never seen it on bars, only frames though. Cross bar looks higher than my set also. Depends who made it I guess. The WHEELS ones generally show a famously wonky cross bar on their race sized bars, albeit only slight(!)
Never seen 531 decals on them either.
Are these brazed or Tig welded?

Thought they were worth a punt, real then that is ace, not real then they are really nice bars.

If it helps, this is the same Reynolds tubing decal on a VERY fooked layback seatpost I've got from back in the day - my friend bought it new and I swapped it with him about a year later, sometime in the early 80's:

They look like Rickman bars, expert size ? Seem to have the same sort of bends anyhow and they're unknurled.
