Is it really a Hutch ?
Or been made up of old lumps of metal chucked together to make it look like one ? The brace behind the BB certainly isn't Hutch.
Whatever it is/was/gonna be then that needs some serious metal work.

it's got AD brake mounts.....I bet it goes high too ::)

The standing platforms are far to long from the rear mounts too. None were made like this. It has a US serial number but there is something seriously wrong with this frame

I stand corrected .... the serial number is all wrong too. only 6 numbers. ???

the dropouts look good though. :) reminds me of my haro master with all the shit repairs it's had over the years, i did think of having it redone but decided to leave it as is and just give it new paint. looks ok from a distance.
