Title: Can you bring slightly tarnished chrome back to life?
Post by: Taipan on April 13, 2015, 07:24 PM
Got a chrome frame that's slightly tarnished? Is there anyway of blinging this back up? where the decals have been the chrome is shiney but where there weren't any it looks kinda dull? the chrome looks salvageable as not rusty etc just dull looking??

So is there anyway to bring it back to life? tell me your secrets please  ;)

Mothers Metal Polish.

Check out my Birmingham WHEELS Mini thread as I cleaned up a very dull and rusty chrome Mini and photographed it.

Works a treat.

no. the chrome where the stickers were has been protected from damage and the other area has not . there will always be a difference.  :-\
