Chrome GT Pro or Pro Performer bars. Must be clean, unknurled and stamped, not the late 80's or early 90's please.
I got these rims in a trae last year and only managed to unwrap this morning and take a look. I was told they were powdered black and in good clean condition.
It appears though that the previous owner didn't like them 'shiney' so spray bombed them in matt black. The good news is, it comes off very easy with a little work. What you see, I have spent about 20 minutes on using just me nail.
