Hi guys
I have dyed lots of grips with 2 packets of rit powder and a bottle of rit dye before with awesome results.. Salt and simmer for 90 minutes...
I have some .5s that just won't turn black... Currently blue... Any ideas??? I've dyed them twice now and all they are are a slightly darker shade of blue...
I know they can be dyed as I've had some before that were dyed from blue to black perfectly....
Any help or ideas is appreciated... :daumenhoch:

I wonder if they are already dyed what I mean is they were yellow or something and somebody dyed them blue don't know whether it would matter

Good point.... I would imagine if they had been dyed then it wouldn't work..... They didn't look like they had... They are a nice dark blue now anyway :LolLolLolLol:

Dyed a seat orange once for some unknown reason. Fooking thing won't accept any other type of dye at all . Dyed before sounds a possibility Steve

Dont throw them down the garden, i'll have em. I like giving homes to the unwanted!

We need pictures
I've never been successful at it.
I did a post on dying A'me grips (or not), it was made a 'sticky' to warn people of the possible outcome.
