Title: cost on posting a frame and forks to the usa

anyone got a rough idea on a secure cost?  value of £650.

Hi Sam. It cost me £82 (i think) via parcelforce to send my Changa (frame only though) to Arizona, USA. It arrived there in 4 days and cleared customs on the plane. Fully tracked all the way. I think the standard insurance cover was £250, but you could add more if you wanted to. There was a slightly better service for an extra £5 or so, but that couldn't be delivered to a PO Box address, so I couldn't choose that option.

Yep, I just paid £85 to have one shipped this way.  ::)

You sure that wasn't $85 Dan  ???  £85 is far too much from there to here.

I'm sure I was charged about  £80 to get my frame sent back to me from the states once it had been repaired. Maybe a bit less, but not far off. It was with me within a week  :4_17_5:
