Title: What you sold that you'd wished you kept?!

Post by: deeman on May 16, 2015, 09:33 PM: Both the other bikes I have built...The Pro-lite CC and the Redline RL-20, I regretted selling my PR Styler too but thankfully have that back now. I just can't afford to keep them once their built... :'(

one of the first proper bikes i did was a laselite, to near on factory spec, in really nice survivor condition.

the theory was i would sell it as it was my favourite, to break the cycle.

didn't work and out the blue got the chance to buy it back.

everything else would be just too expensive to buy back now.

jmc, vdc etc etc.

better to have loved and lost eh!

This Rickman FS,split and sold as soon as I built it and sold frame fork and bars way too cheap as I wanted quick money.....

Yes I remember your vdc changa complete you had I think it was 1500 with the monkey bars and profiles , all high end stuff on it ,nice bike that was ,

I don't regret selling my vdc freestyler really because of the cash I got but miss seeing it in the house it was like an old friend 😉

Built a custom mini for my daughter to match but was about 6yrs too early so flogged it

This was a NOS boxed frame and forks when I got it. Sold it for Â£500 complete as the pic :uglystupid2:

Actually I wish I'd kept them all aa my loft is now empty of heating pipes and tanks so they would have all fitted up there nicely :coolsmiley:

Remember selling; Black and Blue NOS boxed tange 125 headsets for £150 posted..... :(

Also my Andy Patterson skyways that are now on the bay..... :( recognise the marks on the rims and the signature.....
