take off the bolt on one side then tighten the bolt on the other side, that should get them moving. then do as Pooch suggested, or get the removal tool. just screw it in and smack it with a big hammer.

You could pour boiling water over the crank arm a second or 2 before you give the bolt a whack too :daumenhoch:

Before you do this take both bolts out and make sure they have been fitted evenly, You could be trying to tighten the bolt and it is already against the axle.

Have you tried getting both sides off Nick?

I couldn't get the non drive side arm off, yet the drive side came off with a few whacks with a rubber mallet, then just tapped the spindle out with the non drive side crank still on it  :daumenhoch:

Mission accomplished thanks to Diggler's boiling water treatment and a little persuasion with Andy's removal tool.
