Title: Puch Restoration finished
Post by: suzuki man on June 23, 2015, 09:07 AM
Hi

Just thought I would put up some pics of my newly restored Puch ProElite! Dels Decals did an outstanding job on the decals. Pad set is an added touch as I know Team Murray did use some Puch models.[(http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss160/Suzukikt120/five_zpszo01atze.jpg)(http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss160/Suzukikt120/six_zpskk5o7gel.jpg)(http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss160/Suzukikt120/four_zpskbb6gfx6.jpg)(http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss160/Suzukikt120/three_zpsmlli08kg.jpg)(http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss160/Suzukikt120/two_zps6s5xsib6.jpg)(http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss160/Suzukikt120/one_zpso1cglvg4.jpg)

nice, but that seatpost looks like it's made out of strawberry licorice (& about as strong)
if you're going to ride it would seriously recommend swapping it for a cromo one/not running it quite so high) or you might end up snapping it & impaling yourself

or if you want to keep it red get a renthal..?

I agree with griff... nice chrome seat post needed.  :daumenhoch:
Not another snake post though.  "nono"
Other than that mate it looks nice.  ;)

Looks very nice.
Like others have said, Needs a chrome post.
A head tube badge shouldn't be too difficult to track down either :daumenhoch:

Actually the Headstock badge is proving the most difficult bit. Got the old one but its battered. Any ideas?

If it still goes/stays on ok, I'd be tempted to use the og headtube badge! Otherwise put "wanted" ads up everywhere or ask Del if he could make a decal alternative. Nice-looking bike btw! :daumenhoch:
