Lately I have been on a mission to rebuild the bikes I rode back in the day. The first bike to get the treatment was my S&M Bennett. I rode a Bennett in the early 2000's and really liked it. My original build was close but just didnt feel the same so I decided to go all out and build it exactly like mine was back then. Here are a few snaps of the bike from that era.

I rode it for about 4 years, and over that time changed out parts from time to time. The build as it stands now is exactly how I built it when I first got it though. Thanks to all the folks on here who helped me track down parts. :daumenhoch:

awesome build Jon! but isn't that an imperial chainwheel in the original pictures or am i seeing things? ;)
I swapped between an imperial, Whippet, and toward the end and S&M chainwheel when I got some 1st gen profile wheels. I also swapped between the challenger stem and a Redneck all the time as well. The build is how I first built it up but unfortunately cant find any pics of it exactly like that. :daumenhoch:
