same seller using a different account to sell a gt mallet stem, unless there's 2 people living in the same town with the same frame and cranks taking pictures of their sale items in the same location. suppose it could be just a coincidence.

someone else retracted their bid of £500, now down to £265. to be fair, the cranks would fetch some decent cash without all the shill bidding.
-
Here's what's happened.
The bike was bought off French ebay for a nice cheap price.
Not know how much the bits where worth a post was put on bmx sales with what at the time was thought to be some fair prices.
A price was agreed for the crank, until this message was received;

Seeing this the ad on Old School BMX was pulled down, and placed on eBay.
The seller of the crank listing on his account, the seller of the rest of the bike on his account.
The auction for the crank had the current bids;
(http://i.imgur.com/8WwOyBs.png)
No shill bids going on here, and he was suprised to see the price drop down from £450 to £260 although was a bit disappointed in the speed at which people seemed eager to mug a novice off for a rare bit of kit.
The seller of the rest of the bike on their separate auctions again have had no shill bids, proof can be supplied if need be.
The GT mallet stem has been sold to someone within the local BMX group so the aucion was ended, the frame has already been posted to th buyer and the pedals where sold outside of auction and again have already been posted.

Retracted bids

It's good that you've come on here but you had advertised the cranks at the price of £200 not offers or anything but £200 plus postage , your price and I had agreed to buy them off you at your advertised price you had even put sold to me payment pending on the Facebook listing then messaged me saying you couldn't post till Tuesday , whether you had taken the payment or not they were sold to me at that point , whether you should have put them up at more in the first place was your own lookout but you had advertised them at £200 , then after I had bought them at £200 and was waiting to give me the total with the postage you without contacting me at all listed them on eBay which someone then spoke up on the Facebook listing that they had gone on eBay now , then you deleted the Facebook listing and you had not contacted me since , so you might think it's ok to be like this but you are out of order on so many levels

Feel free to explain this one then

You say no shill bid going on here... :uglystupid2:
And shocked that it went from £450 odd to £240' ::)
So why so many bids then retracted..
You like so many chancers on ebay just take the piss..
I have been let down so many times with this type of bidding to find it relisted to get the max price..
Why list two items on two accounts..
As topic states...
WELL DODGY... :nickswan:
