Hi
Haven't posted on here for a long time(how time flies!!)
Anyway i'm considering doing another build and am so out of touch with prices, so I hope its ok to ask this here?
Can anyone please give me an idea of what decent condition redline rl20 ii's currently go for?
I do see a few bin's on ebay and they seem to be silly money, I don't remember them being that much a while ago!!
anyway any advise will be greatly appreciated
thanks in advance

I sold my f&f and bars all rider condition for £650. Hope that helps ;)

I haven't posted the final pics, but I did a complete rebuild to one of my rl20ii's...

Although it wasn't finished, I was regularly getting pm's for crazy money / offers to buy. I build / buy to keep, but it was quite a shock.

Thanks guys, so as I thought, they have gone up loads!
Saying that the last time I considered building one was 2007!!
Lovely little collection of redlines there Mr McQueen :smitten:

At the time it was sold the RL20 II was the most expensive freestyle complete you could buy. There seems to be more for sale in the states than here. Building one from scratch to factory spec is expensive.....The bars are £250+ if you can find them, Then there's the Flite cranks, Peregrine Master or HP48's and then try finding DC880's with the matching coloured stamps....and the brake cables if you have Radberry or Teal....there are no cheap parts used! Prices have taken quite a hike since 2007......To answer the question I would expect to pay £600+ for a F and F or £2500+ for a complete . I had an original RL20 but would love to own a RL20 II in one of the funky colours like Teal, Radberry or Mango :daumenhoch:

Mine was a pretty penny to put together it's an 85 hazard yellow with og paint and chrome, the frame forks and bars cost almost a bag of sand, then everything else it's two plus. But it's got to be one of the best bikes I own and ride love it (http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/08/11/b9ff671e505b594962fabb4497979dbf.jpg)

Thanks guys for the help and advise,
they really are beautiful bikes when built up! I actually saw a guy on bmxmuseum who was selling a load of nos completes
for upwards of $8000!
I think it may be time for a rethink, gutting isn't it when you wan't something you can't justify/afford :-\
My only complete bike I have left is an 83 proline with pretty decent parts, so i'm thinking maybe i'll swap out a few parts and go for an 84 prostyler or even a ta xl, never owned a skyway thus far!
