Hello
Wondering if any of you guys could recommend a decent bike mechanic in the London (Vauxhall) area.
Just waiting for my redline cruiser frame to come back from the chromers and I have some lovely new parts to fit (King headset, Reline cranks). Trouble is, i'm a bit nervous about f**king the whole thing up with a ham fisted attempt to do it myself.
BTW - new site looks great.
Cheers

Rite
I am NOT gonna allow this
We will help at every corner, but you WILL do it yourself.
Where do you want to start?
Headset is as good place as any?

I have a cup press you can borrow to install the headset & BB. It's pretty heavy but I am guessing we could meet up at some point. I spend most of the week around Greenford, or evenings in South Kilburn, so I am not too far away.

Or BnQ for a bit of timber and a lump hammer ;)

OK OK!!!
I do have some tools (rubber hammer, screwdriver), but just need the encouragement I guess.
Just being a lazy ar$ed Londoner who would rather pay for something than do it myself.
Sandro - not a bad idea. I'll see how I get on.

A vice and a couple of old bike brochures is what I used for my bb, good job too because it was helluva tight!!

fit?

I have two vices, but I'm not sure the smoking and drinking will help me on this occasion. :D

Thats where you are wrong.
Getting pissed while building a bike is what its all about
