Title: Was I on crack yesterday or did someone ask about reaction brake axle size?
Post by: Christhejob on August 06, 2015, 07:14 AM
Anyway if there was I messaged Rob and this was his response!
They used 3/8" *26T.P.I thread. 3/8" by 26tpi is a British Std Cycle thread but it is also a British Standard brass thread too. Its very similar to the modern metric M10 *1 which I think is a whisker larger in diameter. Skyway axles were 3/8" 24 T.P.I.

This might be of use to someone.  I'll just go and get my milk and tablets. Damn aluminium saucepans..
