Sorry if this has been asked before, but do any of you use a nylon/plastic washer to save the dropouts on your show ponies?
I've seen those machined metal types on rear dropouts, but am looking for a discreet washer for the front and rear.

Ha ha! it's a great sound isn't it, shame the general public don't agree when you are trying to sell stuff ::)
now all I need to do is invent a condom for those paint wrecking seat post clamps 8)

I found the plastic ones to be a bit shit,i use these fibre washers I pinched off the sparks at work.

Thanks mate, but i'm only dipping my feet after a long spell out of bmx, so mk is a stage too far for me at the minute, in fact I haven't been since 2010! :-[
