no idea on make or model but that's about 3-4 years old at max i'd say? has internal headset and stuff.

Put the tires and brake pads on. Could you tell me how I setup the brakes/pads, I have put a small spacer between the pad and the caliper, do I need to remove slack from cable and add more spacers? Sorry for silly question! :).

You don't need the front brake on it, they look pants and you'll only need the rear :daumenhoch:
