Title: nice.....but 6.5K??

Terry (Wildon) had same frameset and bars for sale a while ago at around £900 iirc, how much are Skyway Graphites? £500 'maybe bit more.... cranks? £800-£1000 ? pedals £400? I just can't see £6.5k :-\
