Title: Which came first ?

KKT Lightening
MKS bm-7/bm-10/footjaws
SR mp-130/mp-131

Oh... and Suntour xc compe

I know BM-7 were around in 1979, also were't the surefoot the earliest KKT pedals also 79/80

Pretty sure MKS released some rat-traps even earlier than the 7's and 10's

I thought the SR 131's were 1980/1 ish

Anyway, my pennies worth

I only ask as i seen a wanted thread by Ady asking for SR mp130' or the MKS copies which made me think. I never had MKS down as copies as they were all knocking about in the early 80's. Just thought all the above were simply similar style pedals by different manufacturers.

Having said that one em must have come first. ???
