Been a while since I did any restoration let alone starting a discussion on here but after feeling a little more love again I decided it was time to get another DB after selling everything.
I picked this up late October after spotting it on eBay. It's very tidy, no rust, dents or dings, box section is stunning and all the dropouts are lovely too. I've got rid of the wheels, tyres, grips, handlebars and bit by bit it's coming together. Everything else is original. Where possible i'm going original spec but I'm not prepared to splash out £400.00 on IRC DB tyres these days.
Managed to pickup some original 7x, refinishing the sidewalls and for now will run with the ARAI sealed bearing hubs that came on them until some Suzue HF come along. Last bits are en route so once complete I'll post the finished article.
