I think I have found all the pics my dad and I took at the 1975 Kellogg's Frosties event.
Here are more racing pics, who can recognise some of the riders?
-
Here are a few more. Please remember these are rather low quality scans made on a cheap domestic scanner.

3rd selection

Last lot from the racing.
The final photo is me, my mum, Mike Miranda and my friend Mark who attended one day. I seem to remember Mike Miranda was happy to talk with fans and sign things.

Sennelleys Park, still there, but only a bmx rider would recognise the strange shapes in the grass. :(

Thanks everyone for the kind words.
I've looked at Sennelleys Park on Google Earth and the remnants of the track appear to be there, but long overgrown. The freestyle was done in the concrete "pond" to the south east of the BMX track, which looks like it has now been filled in.

It's only 5 mins from my house, pity about the state it's in, you're right the paddling pool has gone. That pool was also used in this. :daumenhoch:

Great pics!
Had no idea there used to be a track there, I used to play there in the 70s as I had an auntie that lived opposite the park..

I think it was built for Kelloggs 2? ???
Got this google earth pic, shows what's left or the track & bottom right the freestyle area.

Classic old school photo's. Thanks for posting. :daumenhoch:

My recollection is that Kellogg's 1 was possibly at the Birmingham Wheels project ??
Kellog's 2 was definitely at Senneleys park but I am not sure if the track was much used after that. A local might know?

The Kelloggs series 1 round in Birmingham was at C0cksmoors Woods, from memory Senneleys was not used for many races after Kelloggs. C0cksmoors & Perry park were the more popular tracks in later years.
