Was looking through the 90's mag scans at old backyard and custom riders ads and spotted something i hadn't noticed before

The Backyard 96 advert has a pic of a oversized s&m holmes frame & fork so all 1&1/8th

On closer inspection, nope it looks like the frame has a set of mk1 ditchforks fitted!!

Can clearly see they are mk1 ditchforks by the peg boss

Im guessing they had no 1&1/8th forks for the photoshoot so bunged a set of 1in ditchfoks on and fitted the clamp on redneck hiding the threaded steer tube

Wow, I remember these ads! So would a Holmes with 1" threaded be about '95?

Depends

If its a mk1 holmes then 90-92

Mk2 holmes 92

mk3 holmes (last of the 1in headtubes) 93-95
