As any Radster will know it's the 25th Anniversary of Hoffman Bikes this year and a few of us including James (Blackie) and Graham (Gra_Goose) are feeling that it would be wrong if we didn't mark the occasion with a special HB area at MK2016.
We've been asked to get an idea of numbers - in other words how much space will be needed to accommodate how many bikes.
We're thinking anyone can bring any Hoffman goodness along, regardless of whether it's US-made or Tai-made, midschool or newschool. It all counts as part of the rich history of one of the most iconic rider-owned BMX companies.
I'll post a shout out on the RAD FB page too and keep people updated as to the plan but in the meantime who thinks they will want to bring their bikes to show off - and how many! - to mark this BMX milestone?
We will also be contacting HB to see if we can get something special from them to mark the occasion so watch this space ...
And of course if anyone wants to kick in and help with any aspect of organizing this they are more than welcome.
Cheers

if you going to have a airmaster you need some one to do a replica ta as that was a icon for bmx beat , i have a look at the spec as might be able to do that

but isn't it to celebrate 25 years of HOFFMAN BIKES, not to celebrate Mat Hoffman and everything that he rode? ???

don`t worry i can`t build a hoffman replica anyway as white comp st are a no no as way over my price budget and it was only a thought sorry i shut up

Yep the idea was to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of HB with any Hoffman Bike anyone wants to bring, midschool or new school, rider, beater, carpet queen or minty fresh build especially for the occasion.
We already have some of the boys committing to bring around 20-25 bikes, mainly midschool builds and riders. With 6-months to go that number could have course drop ... or grow even more ... but if people want to go to the effort of creating replica builds of a couple of Mat Hoffman's iconic rides pre-HB I'm sure they can have their place. fistblump
The focus is definitely on the 25th Anniversary tho.

We're really hoping to get something special organized - apart from the most amount of Hoffman Bikes in one place at one time, which would be pretty special. A couple of the lads are on it. But if we can't pull off what we hope we can .... the world record for the most amount of Hoffman Bikes in one place at one time will have to do!

Thanks fella - it is actually on all of them but it was a while ago they were posted. Myself and Graham (Steel) are going to repost every month to keep the interest going. We have around 30-40 Hoffman Bikes coming (or promised) at the moment but would love more ... and realize it's a way off and peoples' plans may change.
