Not sure if this is an AP Burner...not bad if it is

They're the wrong forks, hard to tell with the frame.  :-\

Not even sure the frame is a Raleigh... it's definitely not Tange. ???

Rear dropout section looks too short, and no stamping around the slot.

The forks are Akisu so wouldn't bet against the frame being Akisu too.  ???
