Title: Twin top tuber with aero down tube?

What do we think this is then chaps, got some decent looking bits on it  :daumenhoch:

Could be a Foxbat , that had twin top tubes and an aero downtube  ;)  Can't really see the rear dropouts though  :-\

Tange forks, aero down tube and slightly higher seat mast than you would expect all say foxbat from the pics i have found  :)

Its bundled with a couple of mountain bikes and might be difficult to split.  :-\
