Title: It's a "bars help" question inside...!

Bought some bars, don't know what they are but would like to try and find out.
I'm finding handle bar research difficult so hoping to get some assistance.
8" high and 24" wide cross bar is brazed in place and sits at 5.25" above stem mounting point. Weight 800g
Cant see any markings at all. No knurling (what's knurling?)
There is a hole drilled on the underside on the far right (but suspect someone has done this to hang them up at some point).

I bought them because I liked the look of them, if they is shite I wont be offended.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

I haven't got a clue...but the fact thay are braized suggests they are probably british and not bad quality, un knurled suggests early too like 82/83 maybe?  :daumenhoch:
