Post by: MartyC on April 24, 2016, 09:44 AM: Have you checked the chain alignment? It looks like there is some movement in the tophat/chainring which is being exasperated by the chain alignment pulling it to one side. Does your chain go loose and tight as it rotates?

Post by: john4130 on April 24, 2016, 10:57 AM: it looks like the tophat washer is too small, probably a 22mm. try a 23.8mm one or 15/16" one in old money. it should be a tight fit into the chainring.
