Something isn't tight, or you haven't got a top hat washer on the spindle taking up the gap between the 19mm spindle and 22mm sprocket hole

Something isn't fitting right, there's play in it somewhere

I was gonna get a new chain new sprocket and back wheel but I don't see the point if my sprocket is getting wrecked

Are the washers to small allowing for small movements? Over time will wear away soft alloys??

Have you checked the chain alignment?  It looks like there is some movement in the tophat/chainring which is being exasperated by the chain alignment pulling it to one side.  Does your chain go loose and tight as it rotates?

it looks like the tophat washer is too small, probably a 22mm. try a 23.8mm one or 15/16" one in old money. it should be a tight fit into the chainring.

when you put it together is the top hat sat inside the chainring? or on the outside of it?
