Title: 2016 Happy Bike Meeting, Tokyo
Post by: Mikku on May 28, 2016, 04:16 AM: Yes, it's time for my annual visit to the biggest and best old school bmx meet in Japan, scheduled for tomorrow morning at Komazawa Olympic Park in Tokyo!

It was a bloody hot one at Komazawa this morning! A bit less of a turnout than last year, but still some lovely bikes on display, plus I finally got to meet Clint and his kid brother! :daumenhoch: Here are the first batch of pics - more later after I've rehydrated and had a lie-down!! :D

No ride involved, but that's a bloody good idea griff- I'll speak to the organizer about it! A few of the freestyle boys were practising tricks in the area at the bottom of the steps but that was about it. I reckon a bunny-hopping comp would fit in well with the atmosphere of the event, so maybe I'll suggest that too. :daumenhoch:
