It will be Virgin Trains then Stu, you'll need to reserve your bike space. I didn't used to, but have been stopped on a few occasions and asked where my reservation confirmation was. I got away with it, but you're always risking the chance of meeting a jobsworth who'll knock you back.

Not got my tickets myself yet. I did use the trainline.com for a few years, but last year, just randomly checked ticket prices on Virgintrains and got a return for £14, didn't even get the return as I got a lift off Rugger. You just need to be flexible on what time of day you travel, to keep the cost as low as poss.

You going down Friday?

Going down Friday, it's 1hr 20 from Chester. The ride from MK Central to the track is cool, I suggest you study google maps continually for the next few weeks though as it all looks the same. I've not got lost yet, but it is a challenge.

Be good to see you stu😉
A black cab from the station will only be a tenner , might be easier. Mk is a fooka to get around.

It's a 20 minute ride on a BMX, but it's always 45 going back on Sunday, strangely enough.
