How does the serial, on HT works, if known?
Are those Forks threaded, & have open Tube'd legs?

I'd realize that, was hard too tell from pic, what size.
What have you paid for it, if i'd may ask?

Have same F&F.
With Canti-mount's & lowered seat-stay's.
Twenty-Four Pro, early'90ish i'd guess?

The forks are threaded and they do have open tube'd legs
Serial number: - 967166 (which I think might make this a 96?)

Might have some Parts for you.
These West European Bike Co. where build, with mostly GT Parts.
GT Profile 3-piece cranks.
Inverted GT stem.
GT Double Clamp, or VG(Purple), not sure, have too look.
They ride diff, because off lowered Seat-Stay's designed by Nico Does.
