Can anyone advise on a good rechroming company in the N.E?
I have looked in the Yellow Pages and only one was listed..
Thankyou in Advance

Be very careful getting a frame & forks rechromed, I have yet to see a rechrome job that looks like the original chrome. I've asked a few companys in the North East to rechrome one of my frames and they all turned it down.
You could try Biagio @ www.vert-ego.com ,he did a canny job on a set of bars for me...

had this frame & forks done at hampshire electroplaters www.hepcoltd.co.uk really nice job and only cost £130 but i agree with bren you will never recreate original finish becausae of all the prep work they have to do to remove rust etc :daumenhoch:
