Title: What's the longest time you have waited to get a part?
Post by: rooski on November 27, 2016, 11:23 AM: Been after some Cmc rims etc for about 6 months now, not that long really I suppose!

Think the longest has been abour a year for a f+f I wanted.

I think for some of you, probably a lot longer?

Post by: dinglem on November 27, 2016, 11:42 AM: I waited 5 years(!) for my blue National Pro F&F to arrive in the UK after I purchased it, but that's a whole other story... I'd also been hunting for a Rickman Pro for around 3 years before 'Rusty Rick' turned up.

Have also been looking for an Ace Racing frame since 2004 and have only ever seen one come up that Ratty had then sold to 58delray.

I did see one on eBay 3 years ago but I was in the Southport ride when the auction ended and I had no signal so I bloody missed out on that one :tickedoff:

Didn't Sharps come out before 85? I'm sure I had some on my silverfox well before then?

They possibly did John....hard to remember if I had those or A'me's on it first...
