Hi all hopefully gonna receive my new bmx from alans this week and looking forward to getting down southsea skatepark after too many years, I know I'm gonna fall off and I've got a new helmet but what pads? Looked at 661 but are they more for MTB?
What do you wear?
Cheers Paul

TSG knee pads , King Kong gloves and shin pads (very good these) 661 hard cap elbow pads , the knee pads are quite bulky as they're downhilll mtb pads , but they do the job very well, i don't use ankle protectors as i wear 510 high tops , but would advise you getting a pair ,
seen the skinny jeans lot with skinny pads under said skinny jeans and most of the lumpy bits you can see are the swellbones they've got 'cos their pads are to thin :uglystupid2: :LolLolLolLol: the general rule for the average Rad member starting out riding parks is...
" more pads than bones, and the thicker the pad the better " we don't bounce like we used to :daumenhoch: :LolLolLolLol:
