Hi, I have a GHP F&F but not 100% certain on year and whether it's GHP Pro 1 or 2,
Can anyone help?
Serial number is 108539
Many thanks in advance folks

no idea whether one can determine the model from the serial, but.according to http://www.vintagebmx.com/community/lofiversion/index.php/t4002518.html, a ghp serial / your frame should read
108539 => 10=okt 85=1985 39=39th made

What's the top tube length? That should tell you.
-
It's definitely 85 mate ... Is the serial number upside down ?
Mine is .. Like those on a VDC .. Means Vorris Dixon made
Mines a Pro 1 ... The geometry will tell you mate :daumenhoch:

Thanks, serial is not upside down, it's on bottom or right side rear dropout,
I'll measure top tube tomorrow when I get home, centre of seat tube to centre of head tube ?
Was geometry very different between pro 1 & 2?

18.5" top tube?

Ain't the top tube of the ghp pro II a fatter diameter than the proI's? ???
See f.ex on our Chris Jaan's bikes here http://bmxmuseum.com/bikes/ghp/88308
Here 's some stats of the Pro I some angles, bb height etc.

Says f.ex the top tube diameter 1 1/4''
