A number of magazine ads justs lists them as 'pro neck stem' in spring/summer 84, and doesn't state whether they are a 1 or 2. This ad from December '84 bmx action bike specifies pro neck II, so they were probably available a little before this. Autumn 84 would be the best estimate :daumenhoch:

they were on the CW PP by august 84 so id say around springtime maybe

I'm trying to build it up as another example of mid-eighties Freestylin' bike that's been added to.
