Title: GT lads can you help satisfy my bmx curiosity

So i stumbled on another mini find today and going back later this week to have a proper rummage.
Question is, i found a nos GT pro series double bolt seatclamp in its packet but the header card was all black and yellow instead of the usual blue. Never seen it before and wondering if its just a later header card design or the blck signifies something else?

Double bolt is mid school and younger
