He said Heineken so right side pic, top frame :) It looks like candy to me, over chrome. GLWT on powder..

A silver base with candy apple green would get it close if it's not already chrome underneath; SuperbikeDan would be the man to go to for it  :daumenhoch:

Yes they were like a trans green over chrome, it peeled off very easily though!

the whole trans paint over chrome thing was one of the worst ideas/fads, my 97 "standard shorty" had blue over chrome and as fugazi said it peels and bubbles :'( so I nitromorsed it then roughed up the chrome and sprayed it with "SMOOTHITE", cherry red then white and may other colours over five or so years ;) smoothites the best stuff ever and sticks like turd to a carpet ;D ;D ;D ;D

Cheers lads, it's the same colour as shown in the second photo in green. It's peeled and bubbled in places. Going to have it sand blasted and powdered. I think I will have to get the colour myself for the powder coasters in order for him to do it.

good decision as chrome is a bitch to get even powder coat to settle on, sand blasting works a treat and gives the powder coat a prefect foundation ;) back in the day I just made do with a black&decker and wire bush head, plus rough or medium grade wet and dry to finish off, then the late 90s spray of choice "SMOOTHITE"......poor mans powder coat ;D ;D ;D ;D the real things so much better but cost a fortune BITD :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch:

Closest you'll get is candy green powder over superchrome base. Have a chat with superbike Dan, he might be able to whack it over the chrome , was willing to give mine a go till I decided to leave it  alone
