Finally with our crocked heroes coming back to something like full fitness , we might get those three full gates for the Old Skool.
Here is a list of riders normally seen at the track, feel free to pencil yourselves in and any other riders out there wanting to come along and see what grass roots , 4 man racing is all about.

Dont forget about the bbq weather permitting £1 if you are racing, £2 if you are not. Justin has promised that the trophies and the number plates are something else.
The raffle will be drawn at the presentation, hopefully Justin wont draw himself out again!
And for those who haven't your rider of the year votes must be in at the end of the motos on Oct 8.

We will have to get some cruisers down, Wolfy has this one in the bag too, then comes Steve Castle with Buckmore Bat and Mark Buxton tied for third, so issues need to be solved there.
Free entry for Wolfy and the Bat for this one as you paid last time and had to be scrapped.

Kev , turn up and you might get that C final you are craving for, as for Maisy the girls under 12 group has been the success story of 2006 at Hersden, two gates every meeting and a close finish in prospect to the points. Katy Horley leads Cheyenne Chapman by three points going into the last round, with Natalie Edwards a futher four points behind in 3rd.

i been trying all year to turn up for those 'C' finals - i really miss them
just aint been happening though - quite fecked off really cos there's nothing like race day at that track
its going from strength to strength down at Hersden then
with two gates in that class - all the effort is paying back
and it must be great to see it happening

As mentioned on another thread our very own Wolfy producd a terriffic 4th at the Brits this weekend, this rounds off a brilliant year for him, and the Canterbury adscene may have to re write that article on him.

Just for something different , the meeting format has changed. All the A finals will be run last with the Cruisers having the first A final and Old Skool on last with all other groups in between.
