My first bmx was a red and chrome Team Murray 330?. They were prone to cracking on the rear triangle, near the seat mast top. I snapped mine ,the frame went back and was replaced with a chrome frame that can only be described as being made from scaffold tubes!! It weighed a ton! Did anyone ever have one , I've never seen one since ?
Pic for reference...

Good memories and a Team Murray was my first BMX too - got it from Halfords when the rest of my mates were knocking around on grifters and choppers. I think mine was red/chrome aswell and it had a coaster brake which I didn't really like but was great for skidding !

Was also my very first bmx.. didn't even have the crossbar on the handlebars.. didn't have it long enough for it to snap.. as my mum then bought me a puch Rapier.
My granddad and I walked from Balham to St. John's hill in Wandsworth to get that Murray, best memory for me. Loved that man..😔👍😎

broke the headtube of mine, blue n yellow with lester mags , still got the mags and the kick stand ;D,
mummsy got a me a x20c frame as a replacement which was a little bit better, not sure if it was of the rejected ones from SE, no stickers on it , i remember the manager at Halfords saying they has just come in from the states :-\ it was a lot lighter than the Team Murray though.
