Title: Newbie looking for help.frame id

Hi.
 Can anyone out there id this frame and bars?
The frame has a serial no that starts with VSK
I came across an old for sale ad for the same frame
and they put it as one from 1985.
The only other thing i can tell you is its heavy.
Any help would be much appreciated.
