Title: Federal Comp III tyres opinion?

Been offered a set of nos Comp III gumwall tyres with  Federal on them?  tyres look nice and have a slightly darker wall kinda dictating early 80's style? anyone have some or heard of them? and are they any good?  ???

 If it is the same Federal as the bike company then I`d reckon they are post 2000.
