Title: Yellow Tuff Wheel Restoration
Post by: bodamus on September 18, 2006, 03:03 PM
Just reading the dying Tuff wheels thread impressive stuff and good results too.

Has anyone dyed Yellow Tuffs a different colour. I want to dye some Yellow ones Red using the methods shown by Dave in the previous thread would this be possible or am I being to optimistic.

Any imput and advice would be very useful.

Thanks from bodamus.

its theoretically possible.

but i wouldnt if i was you. ive had mixed results.

have you thought about vinyl paint? its incredibly durable, looks like nylon, and would be fine for a non rider.
