It's not nonsense. It's a growing trend of euro hackers grabbing access to ebay accounts and hijacking listings.
You'll get redirected to their site which at first glance looks like an ebay address but clearly isn't.

Anybody with half a brain will avoid...but always someone will be tempted by the deal.
Report the listings as fraudulent, takes a few seconds.
