Hi guys just wondering if anyone can help me identify this stem.

That's an Italian flag on the sticker. Might help shortlisting the possible companies ???
ITM use the triangle logo but that's defo STM in that triangle. Somebody will no doubt let you know in a bit.

Thanks chilli it's baffling the crap out of me and everyone who has seen it, gona replace it anyway I think but just need to know .

STM and omz are both motorcycle/motorcycle parts manufacturers if that helps. STM make parts for Ducati and I think OMZ is German. They used to make crappy motorcycles - maybe, historically, they made bicycles/bicycle parts too  :daumenhoch:
